Flight Training at Wangaratta will be conducted by Fly Victoria, who operate out of Shepparton, Locksley and now Wangaratta.
They are able to offer excellent flight training and instruction for all your RAA, GA and CPL requirements.
Memo to Wangaratta Flight Training Students
Due to a change in the strategic direction of the Wangaratta Aero Club, the committee has contacted Secure Air Flight Training with an offer to continue the long and well respected flight training services into the future.
The club intends to continue as a well known entity in aviation and will as always offer support and take more than a passing interest as new aviators join the ranks in a happy and encouraging environment that has always been the Wang Aero Club!
Secure Air Flight Training principles fully acknowledge this proud legacy, which makes it an exciting time to join the Wangaratta team of instructors and support staff. Our Aim is to continue the highest professional flight training services, that are delivered in a personal and individually customised structure. This makes the journey of learning to fly as memorable and enjoyable as the final destination!
During the next week all students that are regularly Flying (at various stages of their respective goals) will be contacted to arrange a personal meeting with their flight instructor and the principles of Secure Air Flight Training. We wish to outline the status of the transitional period, the limitations that will be imposed by CASA and importantly best way forward until we are in full swing within a 6 week period of transition.
Important points that will be discussed and clarified are:
• Lessons during the transition period
• Aircraft availability
• Pricing and charging structures
• Theory classes
We will endeavour to move through this change-over period as quickly and efficiently as possible to alleviate student inconvenience and frustration. We will also be seeking feedback from all involved with the view to improving the way we deliver our professional services into the future.
